I cannot recommend Jane enough! I’ve been to many a therapist for Reflexology, however Jane is on another level. She is very thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. The treatment doesn’t end at the end of the session either. She provides great aftercare advice to support you.

My treatment (AromaReflex) with Jane was fantastic. She explained all about the oils – mine had a beautiful aroma – and how to use on myself at home. I found the treatment to be so very relaxing, so much so that I slept for 12 hours! Jane was at all times extremely professional, pointing out areas that highlighted my areas of concern – spot on every time. I can’t wait to do it all again. I felt like I floated out of the door. After having struggled for many, many years with my self-belief, my confidence, my heart being broken by the one person I believed and trusted, my path crossed at the right time with Jane. The very first time I met her she looked me in the eye and told me she could help me. That, she most definitely has done.

Nearing the end of my 6 week Reiki course, I am now in a far better place than I have been for years. My stored negative energies had been weighing very heavily on me. I can honestly say that the quality of treatments, commitment and with the genuine care Jane has afforded me has been totally wonderful. I cannot praise her highly enough. I feel she goes above and beyond with her time and efforts.

The talking, the listening, the aftercare that I have had has definitely brought me to a more peaceful place in my life. The issue, after a lifetime, will never go away, however through the Reiki, the Reiki Drumming, crystals and cards, I feel much more in control of my emotions now. I am happy, grateful and more comfortable with who I am now, more than ever. So much so that I have booked a further course. I cannot recommend Jane highly enough.

Having entered the dreaded menopause, my main symptom of it has been lack of sleep, which has affected every part of my life; tired, irritable and extremely emotional, as well suffering neck and back problems all combining to make me pretty miserable.  I'm also struggling with something called 'living grief' related to my Dad having dementia and being in a care home, a lot of guilt comes from that, but Jane has been wonderful.

 

I have only had two sessions so far, but immediately after the first one I felt lighter, she certainly released what I needed to get out! I am particularly impressed with the pre-treatment consultation; I've never come across that before in my previous reflexology treatments. Jane talks about what is happening in your life, what are your worries, any conditions she should be aware of and is very thorough and professional, as well as patient, kind, very knowledgeable and informative. She also provides aftercare with emails full of advice, exercises and meditation recommendations to help yourself as well.  

 

I have had two sessions so far and have already gone from waking up 2 - 4 times a night and barely getting 5 hours sleep, to waking up once and sleeping minimum 6 hours of deep sleep and it is improving day by day.  I cannot recommend her highly enough and will go to no-one else now. She is the best reflexology practitioner I've ever been to. 10/10

I had a Reiki Drumming session with Jane. I was intrigued to find out what it was like and thought it wouldn’t be as relaxing as it was. I have been suffering with disturbed sleep for quite a while. The same night as the treatment I slept like a log and even through my alarm. Great.

The treatment was amazing. I felt very relaxed. I also felt like there was someone else present in the room, which was calming. When Jane was drumming around my feet it felt like something was leaving my body via my feet, like something was being pulled out that needed to be released. When Jane was by my head, I could feel so much heat leaving my head. Afterwards I felt like I usually do with Jane, relaxed and happy. I booked a course of Reiki hoping it would give me some relief from psoriasis I’ve been suffering with, by relieving stress. I feel the sessions helped me calm my levels of stress, which has led to me getting a better quality of sleep. Great results. Jane is very calming and professional.
